We are raising the bar when it comes to apartments.

All apartments have outdoor blinds, and some have wooden floors.

The Paprsek Stodůlky project provides modern, comfortable living with a high standard of fittings. All apartments are fitted with underfloor heating, making sure that heat is distributed evenly throughout the rooms. The floors are covered with a high-quality vinyl surface, which is both easy on the eye and durable, easy to maintain. Fittings include the Loxone smart control system, which makes it easy to manage the household.

Equipment

As for air conditioning, the project works with heat recovery through HVAC units that ensure efficient ventilation with minimal heat losses. What is more, air-conditioning units are installed on the top floors. Windows are triple-glazed in a plastic frame, white on the inside, an elegant shade of anthracite on the outside.

Deluxe sanitary facilities are a matter of course, with a choice of brands that ensure high quality and modern design. For maximum comfort and energy savings, exterior blinds are connected to a weather station, allowing for automatic regulation according to current weather conditions.

Sustainability

The Paprsek Stodůlky project places an emphasis on sustainability and on taking a considerate approach to the environment. As part of this concept, visitors and residents can charge electric cars on the 1st underground floor, supporting environmentally friendly modes of transport. Buildings are fitted with green roofs that improve the thermal and technical parameters of the building and, at the same time, reduce the spread of heat into the surrounding environment, which helps improve the microclimate.

Smart living

Smart living is another key element of the project. All systems in the apartments are centrally controlled and monitored by a LOXONE miniserver, with each apartment equipped with a tablet for simple operation. The system includes functions such as a home/outdoor button, roller-blind operation, recuperation, and heating, making sure that energy is used in the best way possible and ensuring that residents live in maximum comfort.

Paprsek Stodůlky is a residential project by the Trigema Group in Prague 13. It consists of six residential blocks with a commercial ground floor, combining modern housing, services and direct access to metro line B.

The project stands directly next to Stodůlky station on metro line B, approximately 50 metres from the station entrance. The location offers quick connections to central Prague, easy access to the Prague Ring Road and proximity to Central Park and Prokopské Valley.

The Paprsek Stodůlky project includes apartments in layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk, designed with an emphasis on functional layouts, plenty of daylight and comfortable urban living. The architecture by Black n’ Arch draws inspiration from Nordic design and works with different façade structures. Apartments feature underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation, triple glazing, external blinds and Loxone smart home controls; more information is available on the Standards page.
