The emphasis is onmaking sure residents live in comfort, on the efficient use of space, and on a feeling of homewell-being. The apartment was designed by Arkhe Studio, which falls under the wing of thewell-known Perspektiv architectural firm. Quality vinyl floors are installed in the apartment,while large tiles measuring 600 x 600 mm and premium Laufen fittings are found in thebathroom.

The interior is fitted with built-in wardrobes that have been made to measure byCzech carpenters, a Nobilia kitchen, and individualistic furniture in the Scandinavian style.The interior design is built on a contrast of light and dark elements, complemented by warmaccents that enhance the feeling of home. Curtains along all glazed surfaces provide roomswith cosiness and the lived-in feel.
